Founded in 2012 by Sheree Corniel and Eric, a former federal probation officer, Real Talk Youth Impact Program addresses the urgent need for change in a system that often leads at-risk youth towards crime. By providing mentorship and support, this program helps young individuals in Southern Nevada avoid the juvenile justice system and become productive citizens.
Real Talk has positively impacted over 2,100 at-risk youth, with more than 1,171 graduates and over $250,000 in sponsored extracurricular activities, significantly reducing juvenile recidivism rates.
