Our Story

Real Hope for Haiti was founded by Davis “Zach” Zachary and his wife Gretchen, who sold their farm and moved to Haiti in 1994 with their children. Over the years, the Zachary family has dedicated their lives to serving the underserved in Haiti, focusing on community development, health care, and spiritual growth. From humble beginnings, RHFH has grown into a vital resource for the rural village of Cazale, providing essential services and support to those in need.

RHFH's ministry is centered around Health, Community, and Faith. The organization operates a clinic and rescue center that meets the physical needs of individuals, while also promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through various programs, RHFH has significantly improved the quality of life for many families in rural Haiti.
