Our Story

Reading Results partners with schools to support students from systemically excluded communities in becoming successful readers. Literacy is a basic human right, and this organization works to increase access and break down barriers through effective, individualized, culturally-responsive reading intervention programs.

Impact

100% of students served in the program reported gains on one or more diagnostic and standardized reading tests. On average, students gain 32 words per minute in reading fluency, with first graders achieving an average of 1.6 years of reading skill improvement. Remarkably, 65% of second graders and 85% of first graders read at grade level after a year in the program.
