Our Story

Founded in 1989 by Thomas Neve, Reaching Out Community Services began as a mobile outreach program providing hot meals and clothing to those in need. Officially established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 1992, it launched an emergency food program for low-income families. By 1996, it became the first client choice supermarket-style food pantry, adapting to the growing needs of the community. Today, it serves over 6,500 families across 16 communities.
