Founded in 2014, Reach for the Top Therapy Services emerged from the closure of the Easterseals Dover branch, dedicated to providing comprehensive therapy services that prioritize family involvement. By engaging families in every session, from evaluation to therapy, Reach ensures that each child receives tailored support that bridges the gap between therapy and home life. The organization is led by a passionate team of women with disabilities, many of whom are parents themselves, fostering a patient-informed, disability-affirming, and neurodiverse-affirming environment.

In 2023, Reach for the Top Therapy supported 490 children across 7 counties in New Hampshire and Maine, expanding its offerings to 18 specialty therapy programs. With a commitment to accessibility, 52% of families served are lower-income, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder access to essential therapy services.
