Reach For Home

Our Story

Reach for Home is dedicated to ending homelessness in Northern Sonoma County by providing opportunities and support for participants to work toward self-sufficiency, independence, and permanent housing. By partnering with community members and organizations, the focus is on building trust and providing essential resources.

Impact

In 2022, Reach for Home helped several extremely vulnerable, long-time unsheltered residents receive long-term care and support. An impressive 93% of participants in the L & M Village increased their income, with two receiving vouchers for permanent housing.

Why Donate?

Donations to Reach for Home support unsheltered community members in returning to permanent housing and achieving self-sufficiency. Funds are utilized for case management, mental health services, interim and permanent housing, transportation, and essential supplies.
