Reach Counseling

Our Story

Established in 1976, Reach Counseling has a rich history of serving individuals, families, and communities throughout the Fox Valley. Originally founded as the Winnebago County Sexual Assault Response Team, the organization dedicated itself to preventing sexual abuse, incest, and rape while providing advocacy and support to victims. In 1993, Reach became a licensed outpatient mental health clinic, expanding its services to include long-term clinical care, prevention education, and offender treatment programs.

As a leading sexual assault service provider, Reach Counseling offers culturally responsive outreach, prevention education, victim advocacy, trauma counseling, and sex offender treatment. The agency has been instrumental in healing lives and transforming communities, serving thousands of residents in Winnebago, Outagamie, and Calumet Counties.
