Our Story
Rawhide Rescue, Inc. was established in July 2001 to provide loving rescue services for homeless pets in Central New Jersey and parts of New York. Operating without a physical shelter, this dedicated group of volunteers opens their hearts and homes to give unwanted pets a second chance at life. By minimizing shelter overcrowding, Rawhide aims to end unnecessary euthanasia.
Our Impact
By rescuing animals that have fallen through the cracks of the animal welfare system, Rawhide Rescue significantly lowers euthanasia rates and increases adoptions. Each rescued pet receives the care and love they deserve until they find their forever home.
