Our Story

Raw Inspiration is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on establishing organic gardens in schools through the innovative program, Gardens Into Schools. Founded by Jennifer McColm, who brings over 22 years of experience in coordinating Farmers’ Markets, the organization teaches children the value of organic gardening and the importance of a nutritious diet. By distributing fruit trees and vegetable plants to families, Raw Inspiration fosters a love for gardening and healthy eating in communities across Southern California.

With over 30 school gardens established, Raw Inspiration educates children on healthy eating and gardening practices. The organization engages nearly 2,000,000 visitors annually at farmers markets, providing fresh produce to underserved areas.
