Our Story

Founded in 1953 by dedicated parents, Rauch began as the first school for children with developmental disabilities in Indiana. Starting in a church basement with a volunteer teacher, it has grown into a vital organization providing comprehensive services to individuals with disabilities.

Rauch directly serves over 1,400 children, adults, and families across four sites in Southern Indiana, promoting community inclusion and helping individuals reach their fullest potential.
