Our Story

Established in 1971, Raphael House is the first and largest family homeless shelter in San Francisco.

Impact

In the past year, 55 families found refuge in our Residential Shelter, with 86% successfully transitioning to long-term, stable housing. Our kitchen served 20,911 meals, and 100% of children receiving academic support showed improved performance within 12 months.
