The Randy Bolt Memorial Fund was established in 1992 to honor the legacy of California Department of Justice Special Agent Randy Bolt. Following his tragic death, the fund was renamed in his memory, providing immediate financial assistance to the families of Special Agents killed in the line of duty. Additionally, it supports the Community Resource Center’s Domestic Violence Program in memory of Special Agent Supervisor Michiel Hyder.
In 2022, the Community Resource Center answered 2,790 calls on its 24-Hour Domestic Violence Hotline and provided training to 3,195 individuals, offering vital counseling and resources for healing.
