Our Story

Rancho Cordova Food Locker began as a dedicated group of volunteers addressing food insecurity in the community. Officially established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2020, it has since expanded its reach and services under the leadership of Executive Director Carrie Johnson.

Impact

Each month, over 4,000 individuals, including families, seniors, and veterans, benefit from the Food Locker's services. With 2.5 million pounds of food recovered, the organization plays a crucial role in combating hunger.
