By providing high-quality reading instruction and free tutoring, this nonprofit empowers at-risk students to succeed academically. Local teachers receive access to a comprehensive training program, equipping them to deliver evidence-based reading strategies in their classrooms.

Making a Lasting Impact

With over 4,000 hours of free tutoring provided, Raising Hands Tutoring has served more than 1,800 students, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive. Additionally, 75 teachers have been trained and certified in effective reading programs, enhancing educational outcomes for countless children.
