Our Story
Raise the Floor Alliance was founded by eight worker centers in the Chicago area to support low-wage workers who are often excluded from labor protections. The organization focuses on empowering these workers through research, advocacy, and legal support.
Impact
Since 2015, Raise the Floor Alliance has recovered over $1.3 million in stolen wages and won 40 legal cases, significantly improving the lives of low-wage workers.
