About Ragamala

Established in 1981, Ragamala is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the traditional performing arts of South Asia. With a focus on North Indian (Hindustani) Classical Music, Ragamala has presented hundreds of concerts featuring renowned artists. The organization serves the greater Seattle area through outreach activities, including workshops, lecture-demonstrations, and community events. Revived in 2019 with new leadership, Ragamala is committed to connecting communities through classical music.
