Our Story

Founded in 2016 by Dr. Stacey Chimimba Ault, the Race and Gender Equity (RAGE) Project is a Black-led organization dedicated to healing and social justice. With a strong foundation in Critical Race Theory and human rights, RAGE Project focuses on empowering youth and community members to create meaningful social change. Dr. Ault, a seasoned public administrator and educator, has devoted her career to advocating for marginalized voices. Her commitment to social equity drives the mission of RAGE Project, fostering a supportive environment for young Black women and girls to thrive.

Impact

In the 2021-2022 period, generous donations enabled RAGE Project to invest $40,650 directly into youth and young adult initiatives. Key programs include the RAGE'n Goddesses sisterhood, the RAGE HEAL Fellowship for Black youth entrepreneurs, and over 100 hours of therapy provided to Black youth. The establishment of a youth co-working space and the RAGE Healing center further exemplify the commitment to community wellness and empowerment.
