Our Story

The Quincy Art Association was incorporated in 1979 and opened its doors to the public in 1986. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to fostering an understanding and appreciation of the visual arts within the Quincy community. Through classes, educational forums, and special events, the QAA provides opportunities for individuals of all ages to experience and enjoy the visual arts. The QArts Gallery, which opened in October 2021, serves as a vibrant link between artists and the public, featuring group and solo exhibitions along with educational opportunities.
