Founded in 1976 by dedicated parents, Quilceda Community Services began as the North Snohomish County Group Home Association, Inc. This initiative aimed to create protective residential housing for children with special needs, ensuring their well-being when parents could no longer provide care. Over the years, Quilceda has expanded its mission, offering quality residential care across multiple locations in the Marysville community.
