The Quad Cities Missing Persons Network was established in honor of David Harker and other missing individuals from the Quad Cities area. This organization was formed to provide essential guidance and support to families and friends of those who are missing, utilizing social media to broadcast cases and mobilizing a dedicated volunteer base for search efforts.
