Our Story

In 2016, Cat and Jeff Kent's dream of running a non-profit animal rescue became a reality. After marrying, they opened their home to old, ill, and forgotten cats and dogs, becoming the go-to foster family for local rescues. When the previous owner of Purrmaid Cafe announced her departure, Cat and Jeff seized the opportunity to continue this vital work, providing a loving temporary home for cats until they find their forever families.
