PURRfect Partners was founded in 1998 by two passionate cat lovers in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Under the leadership of Executive Director Debbie Harder, a dedicated team of volunteers has rescued, fostered, and placed hundreds of cats and kittens into loving homes. This organization not only focuses on finding homes but also educates the community about proper cat care and the importance of spaying and neutering to reduce the number of homeless animals.
