Our Story

In 2000, master woodworker Rob Cosman began teaching traditional woodworking techniques. The journey took a transformative turn in 2016 when he met Jesse, a former U.S. Marine who found solace in woodworking after suffering from the effects of an IED blast. Inspired by Jesse's healing experience, Rob and Luther Shealy established the Purple Heart Project, dedicated to helping combat wounded veterans discover joy and peace through woodworking.
