Our Story

Pup & Cat Co. was founded over 30 years ago by Ursula Miller, originally known as the Barrow County Humane Society. Since its name change in 1999, this compassionate organization has rescued, cared for, and placed over 5,000 unwanted, sick, and mistreated dogs and cats. Driven by love and respect for animals, Pup & Cat Co. aims to educate the public about the importance of spaying and neutering pets.
