Our Story

Established in 1995, the Puget Sound Opportunities Industrialization Center, known as PSTC, has been dedicated to transforming the lives of immigrants, refugees, and underserved individuals in the Puget Sound region. Originally a branch of the Yakima Valley OIC, PSTC has evolved to provide essential training and employment services that empower individuals to achieve self-sufficiency.

Impact

Over the past 24 years, PSTC has successfully trained more than 5,000 individuals, significantly enhancing their employability. In recent years, 367 participants improved their skills through training, and 84 job seekers secured meaningful employment.
