Our Story

Pueri Cantores San Gabriel Valley was established in 1993 to unite young singers from the San Gabriel Valley region. The choir's journey began with participation in the Twenty Sixth International Congress of Pueri Cantores in Rome, where they joined nearly 10,000 choristers from around the globe, culminating in a Mass with Pope John Paul II. Under the guidance of Patrick Flahive, this ensemble has evolved into a permanent organization dedicated to nurturing young talent in sacred choral music.

Impact

Since its inception, Pueri Cantores San Gabriel Valley has provided young singers with remarkable opportunities to perform at significant events, including the dedication of the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles. The choir has participated in numerous concerts, recordings, and performances, enriching the cultural landscape of the community.
