Our Story

The Psychoanalytic Center of the Carolinas (PCC) was established through the merger of several organizations dedicated to psychoanalytic education and community service. With roots dating back to the 1950s, when faculty members at UNC Chapel Hill and Duke University initiated a psychoanalytic training program, PCC has evolved to better serve the community.
