Our Story

Since 1875, Providence Public Library has been a cornerstone of educational opportunities and community engagement in Providence. As a private, non-profit organization, it relies on the generosity of donors to continue its mission of inspiring lifelong learning.

Impact

With over 900 teens served through workforce development initiatives, PPL has helped more than 450 teens earn academic credit or digital badges, addressing educational gaps in the community.
