Our Story

Prosperity Community Outreach Incorporated (PCO) is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk youth aged 5 to 19 in one of Houston’s most economically challenged neighborhoods. Founded in 2007, PCO provides over 10 essential support services aimed at preventing teen pregnancy, reducing school delinquency, and fostering self-discipline and personal accountability. By empowering inner-city African American and Latino youth, PCO helps them redirect their energies towards positive goals, steering them away from the destructive paths of gang violence and drug abuse.
