About Project Write Now

Project Write Now began as an outreach initiative of JC Writing Studio, founded by educator and writer Jennifer Chauhan. While conducting writing workshops in Fair Haven, Jennifer partnered with schools and mission-driven organizations to offer free creative writing workshops for children and assist high school seniors with their college essays. The overwhelming response highlighted the profound impact of writing, as students not only improved their skills but also found a voice to express their thoughts and emotions.
