Our Story

Project RED was founded to address a critical gap in the child protection system in El Salvador, following a law enacted in 2011 that left thousands of children without support after leaving orphanages. Kara Wilson García, the founder, felt a deep calling to serve these vulnerable children and has dedicated her life to restoring broken families and communities.
