Founded by a dedicated group of individuals, Project PLASE was established to combat the severe lack of housing and resources for Baltimore’s homeless population. Starting as a Walk-In Center in 1978, it has evolved to include two temporary housing facilities and is currently transforming an old elementary school into affordable housing for 90 individuals.
Project PLASE is committed to addressing homelessness in Baltimore by providing essential temporary and permanent housing, along with supportive services for the most vulnerable populations.
