Our Story

Founded by Bob Simpson in memory of his son Bobbie, who tragically lost his life to a drunk driver, Project Perfect World Foundation was born from a vision of compassion and empowerment. After refurbishing a medical clinic in Ecuador, Bob's leadership in the American Hospital Association helped establish a foundation dedicated to providing essential medical care to underprivileged children.

Impact

For over 25 years, PPW has performed 1,400 life-changing pediatric orthopedic surgeries and distributed millions in medical supplies, making a significant difference in the lives of children worldwide.
