Our Story
Incorporated in 2002, Project Life Impact is dedicated to making a lasting impact within the community of San Bernardino, California. With a holistic approach, PLI addresses the needs of the unhoused and hungry families in Fontana, Rialto, and San Bernardino. The journey began with the establishment of the After School Impact Program in 2006 at Celebration City Church, which started with just four volunteers and eight students. As the community recognized the value of PLI's work, the program flourished.
In July 2006, PLI partnered with the San Bernardino City Unified School District to enhance educational opportunities through the Expanding Learning Program at E. Neal Roberts Elementary. Today, PLI serves approximately 1,500 students each school day and employs over 120 staff members across several campuses in San Bernardino. PLI believes that education starts at birth and is nurtured within the family unit, aiming to provide resources and opportunities for life-long change.
