Founded in 2012 by Rhonda Meadows, Project Lemonade emerged from a heartfelt response to the challenges faced by foster youth. Inspired by her foster son’s journey, the organization began with a back-to-school pop-up shop, addressing the urgent need for clothing and confidence among these young individuals. Over the years, it has evolved to provide a wide range of resources and programs, positively impacting the lives of foster youth in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
