Our Story

In 2006, Kim Marshall recognized the urgent need for a Project Homeless Connect model in Washington County. With the support of the Good Neighbor Center and Vision Action Network, the first Project Homeless Connect was established. Achieving 501c3 status in 2019, the organization has grown into a comprehensive resource for addressing homelessness in the area.
