Project GOAL

Our Story

Founded in 2004, Project GOAL (Greater Opportunity for Athletes to Learn) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring academic achievement through the passion and power of soccer. Located in Rhode Island, this coeducational after-school initiative empowers middle school youth by providing essential academic enrichment while fostering social responsibility, teamwork, and collaboration.

Impact

Since its inception, Project GOAL has positively impacted the lives of over 2,000 Rhode Island middle school students. The program focuses on academic performance, achieving a remarkable 96% high school graduation rate, with 90% of graduates continuing their education in college.
