Our Story

Project Amigo began in 1984 when Ted Rose visited Colima, Mexico, and committed to helping disadvantaged children. Officially registered as a charity in 1996, it has since transformed the lives of many through educational support.

Impact

Over 1,400 students have been served, with many graduating from university and securing employment, effectively breaking the cycle of poverty in their families.
