Founded in 1989, the Texas Professional Home Child Care Association emerged from the first conference for family child care providers in Texas. This dynamic organization was established to enhance the quality of home child care, serving children, parents, and providers across the state. With over 1,300 dedicated volunteers, TPHCCA has become a vital voice in the local, state, and national child care community. The annual conferences and regional workshops foster professional development and recognition for family child care providers.
