Founded in 1968 by Reverend Father Rodrigo Molina, PRODEIN was established to combat poverty among the Quechua people in Peru. Inspired by the Second Vatican Council and Pope Paul VI's encyclical, the organization began its mission by providing essential education, medical care, and food to those in need. In 1984, PRODEIN Non-Profit Inc. was formed in New Jersey to extend these efforts in the U.S., focusing on charitable, educational, and missionary works.
