Pro Bono Counseling Project Inc. (PBC) is a dedicated nonprofit organization based in Maryland, established to bridge the gap in mental health care for uninsured and under-insured individuals. Founded in 1991 by Sally C. Millemann, M.S.W., PBC was born from a vision to ensure that no Marylander falls through the cracks of the mental health care system. With over 800 volunteer clinicians, PBC connects those in need with compassionate mental health professionals who provide care at no cost.
