Professor Ajume Wingo, a Prince from the Kingdom of Nso, witnessed a young girl being ostracized for menstruating. This pivotal moment inspired the creation of PridePads Africa, a nonprofit dedicated to providing biodegradable menstrual pads and essential health education to girls and women in Cameroon.
