Our Story

Founded in 1990, the Prevention Coalition for Success (PC4S) evolved from the Drug Elimination Task Force initiated by the Murfreesboro Housing Authority. Over the years, this coalition has transformed into a dedicated organization focused on preventing substance misuse among youth and young adults in Rutherford County, Tennessee.
