Founded in 2001 with a grant from the Anthem Foundation of Ohio, Prevention Awareness Support Services (PASS) began as a coalition of over 50 organizations in Allen County. Today, PASS has expanded its reach, serving eleven counties through five offices, focusing on mental wellness and prevention programming.
PASS provides essential education, programming, and resource referrals to address critical issues, supporting evidence-based programs in prevention areas such as child abuse, substance use, mental illness, suicide, and problem gambling.
