Founded in June 2010 by Rod and Jen Hale in Griffin, Georgia, Pregnant Dog Rescue is a dedicated non-profit, no-kill organization focused on rescuing pregnant dogs and their litters. Initially intended to care for one pregnant dog at a time, the organization has expanded its reach significantly due to the overwhelming number of neglected and abandoned dogs in the area. With the support of hundreds of volunteers and donors, Pregnant Dog Rescue has become a beacon of hope for these animals.

Our Impact

Since its inception, Pregnant Dog Rescue has saved over 3,300 dogs from euthanasia. The organization is not breed-specific and is committed to providing veterinary care, spaying, and neutering for all rescued dogs before they find their forever homes.
