PRAYER OF SALVATION LEARNING CENTER INC

The general purposes for which this Corporation/Organization has been established are as follows: The purpose for which the Non-Profit Corporation is formed is set forth in the attached Articles of Incorporation. This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and preventative purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and shall be operated exclusively for it is the purpose of Prayer of Salvation Learning Center, Inc., in consistent with these articles, to assist individuals in becoming more empowered. The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be: a. to help provide guidance, personal empowerment, and improvement to various aspects of life through life coaching and mental health counseling.
