Prairie Fire Ministries began three decades ago when Tim Jameson met Fr. Louis Greving in Des Moines, Iowa. Inspired by Fr. Greving's exemplary life, Tim felt a divine calling to serve his community. Over the years, he dedicated himself to spreading the love of the Holy Spirit, offering prayer and support to those in need.

A pivotal moment for the ministry occurred when Tim started making consistent house calls, providing prayer and comfort. As word spread, it became clear that many were yearning for the healing love of God. This realization led to the establishment of a monthly healing service at the Cathedral in Des Moines, where countless individuals have experienced transformative encounters with the living God.

Looking ahead, Prairie Fire Ministries aims to expand its reach, bringing the message of the Gospel to new locations and offering more intentional formation opportunities. The mission is clear: to spark a flame of renewal in the Catholic Church.
