Founded in 2013 by Angelina Dreem and Anibal Luque, POWRPLNT began as a pop-up project in Bushwick, Brooklyn, dedicated to fostering a digital art space for emerging creators. Over the years, it has transformed into a hub for digital arts education, focusing on interest-driven learning and community engagement.
POWRPLNT engages nearly 1,200 young creatives and collaborates with around 100 emerging media artists annually. With over 80 art programs each year, the organization significantly enhances digital literacy and creativity within the local community.
