Established in 2004, Portneuf Animal Welfare Society Inc. (PAWS) has been a beacon of hope for animals across Bannock, Bingham, and Power counties. With a dedicated team of volunteers, PAWS provides essential services such as food, shelter, and medical care for abandoned and neglected animals, while also rescuing livestock from abusive situations.
