Our Story

Since 1949, Portland Rescue Mission has been dedicated to giving hope and restoring life to men, women, and children struggling with hunger, homelessness, and addiction in the Portland community.

Impact

Last year, Portland Rescue Mission provided 393,673 nutritious meals and 73,951 nights of safe shelter to individuals in need, with 85% of program participants remaining free from addictions five years after graduation.
